REFUND POLICY
All Sales are Final and Non-Refundable. Rental orders must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to the expected Rental day for a refund. All types of Balloons and Balloon Items are Final Sale. All Special Orders placed over the phone or in person are Final Sale.
If your pick up includes inflated Helium balloons, please see below for Balloon Care Instructions:
*Transport in Room Temperature conditions and Take out of the travel bag as soon as possible. Display them in room temperature environment.
*Outdoor use is not recommended (Heat may pop and cold may shrink the balloons). Keep away from sharp objects, ceilings and hot lights as they may damage the balloons
*Please do not inhale the Helium as it may be dangerous to your health
*Due to the nature of balloons it is imperative the balloon instructions are followed as we do not offer replacements or refunds for balloons once they leave our premises.
SHIPPING POLICY
In most cases, we offer next business day shipping when you order by 5pm, Monday through Friday. Special order items may take a little longer for shipping but are generally shipped within 2-10 business days. Please be aware that items on the same order may be shipped separately and on different dates. Refer to your order confirmation for more details. Items available based on in store stock. Items without stock will be refunded on the same card payment was made from. All sales are final.
